The overall goal of the program is improvement of institutional and program development of SOS Hotline\u00a0Nik\u0161i\u0107, as well as improvement of work and results achievement.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The program will be led by Borjanka Metiko\u0161, an expert in\u00a0area of human resources from Croatia. The program will be conducted through individual conversations and assertiveness workshops.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In a long term, the program will:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">fasten the inner growth and development of SOS Nik\u0161i\u0107 members, as well as organizational culture development, which will support effective functioning and communication<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">strengthen the members to be more responsible and proactive in terms of decision making processes<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">improve the knowledge and skills that support personal and organizational changes, help better understanding of behavior of others as well as creating better working atmosphere<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Aforementioned will have an impact on institutional and program development of the organization.","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>SOS Hotline\u00a0Nik\u0161i\u0107 will realized a &#8220;Program of organizational and personal development&#8221;, in period between 15.05. and 15.09.2016, with support of organizations TRAG i OAK Fondation.
