The National Hotline received 266 call during December

The National Hotline received 266 calls between 1st and 31st of December. 205 calls (77,07%) were received directly from the victims, 61 calls (22,93%) were received from the third parties, cousins, social workers, etc.

During December the National Hotline delivered 318 services in following areas: 116 services in area of informing, 116 services in area of confidential conversations, 32 mediations between institutions, 12 urgent help interventions, 28  psychological counseling services, 2 refferals, 6 shelter requests, etc.

This is fourth month since the National Hotline has been established and 95 persons have made a call for help. 53 persons have made calls earier, while 42 of 95 of them called for the first time. 72 persons called in their behalf while 23 persons called for help in behalf of their acquaintance.

74 calls came from Niksic, 55 from Podgorica, 25 from Pljevlja, 20 from Bar, 17 from Kotor and Herceg Novi, 13 from Berane, 11 from Cetinje, 9 from Rozaje, 7 from Budva and Bijelo Polje, 4 from Danilovgrad, 3 from Ulcinj and 1 call came from Pluzine and 1 from Mojkovac.
