During the 10 months since its establishment the National Hotline received 2860 calls

The National Hotline for women and kids victims of violence received 2860 calls between 1st of September 2015 and 30th of May 2016.

During these months 3826 services were delivered to the victims. The vast majority of services were delivered in area of informing 1528, 1330 in area of confidential conversations, 349 in area of psychological counseling, 312 services in area of mediating between institutions and urgent intervening, there were 45 shelter requests etc.

During these 10 months calls came from 21 minicipalities in Montenegro. 731 calls came from Niksic, 688 from Podgorica, 281 from Bar, 229 from Herceg Novi, 178 from Kotor, 142 from Berane, 117 from Pljevlja, 98 from Budva, 84 from Bijelo Polje, 71 from Cetinje, 70 from Rozaje, 62 from Danilovgrad, 29 from Ulcinj, 26 from Tivat, 24 from Mojkovac, 11 from Plav, 10 from Kolasin, 4 from Andrijevica, 2 from Zabljak and Petnjica and 1 call from Pluzine.

In 93% cases of domestic violence, the violence against women has been reported.
