The project team National SOS line for victims of domestic violence received for the year 3464 calls, or about 288 a month.
The Ministry of Labour and Social Welfare announced that from September 1 last until 31 August this year, as it operates a national helpline for victims of domestic violence, provided a total of 4,580 services.
“What most information services – 1870 times, then confidential discussions / emotional support 1,544 times, 445 psychological counseling, mediation and 360 emergency interventions to institutions, 52 requests for accommodation in the shelter, 23 referrals to institutions and other services”, said in the Ministry.
They said that the previous 12 months at the National SOS Helpline calls coming from 23 municipalities in Montenegro.
