SOS Nikšić is improving institutional and program organizational development

SOS Hotline Nikšić will realized a “Program of organizational and personal development”, in period between 15.05. and 15.09.2016, with support of organizations TRAG i OAK Fondation. The overall goal of the program is improvement of institutional and program development of SOS Hotline Nikšić, as well as improvement of work and results achievement.

The program will be led by Borjanka Metikoš, an expert in area of human resources from Croatia. The program will be conducted through individual conversations and assertiveness workshops.

In a long term, the program will:

• fasten the inner growth and development of SOS Nikšić members, as well as organizational culture development, which will support effective functioning and communication
• strengthen the members to be more responsible and proactive in terms of decision making processes
• improve the knowledge and skills that support personal and organizational changes, help better understanding of behavior of others as well as creating better working atmosphere

Aforementioned will have an impact on institutional and program development of the organization.
